We really love what we do. We always have fun and try and make our couples as comfortable as possible especially our first time clients Who haven't done a shoot before. We are two professional photographers. We did this shoot this past weekend and our couple was so easy to work with that we completed the shoot in 30 mins with a 160 photos. The photos really came out amazing and we cannot wait to shoot at the waterfall again.

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience MV photography for a wedding. They took photos for our wedding, and it felt like they wanted to socialize more than they wanted to take photos. Michelle is a lovely person with a bubbly personality; however, Marlon seems to be over weddings photos and would rather do something else. It took quite a long time to receive photos from our wedding. We had to continuously ask for updates, where they would provide a completion date, then miss the completion date, this happened several times. With each delay we had to follow up and ask what was happening, it was rare for Michelle to keep us update without us having to ask first. It took over 7 months, from the wedding day, to get our photo album. This seemed to be a bit too long in my opinion. But the main issue was continuously following up, instead of being updated as things happened.After our complaints, I was contacted by Marlon, directly, he apologised for the way things went and took full responsibility and wanted to know how they could improve. This showed responsibility and pride in what they do, which cannot be ignored.Overall, they are nice people, but they were not very professional regarding our experience. However, I believe that they will try to learn from this and improve where they can.
