Maasha Allah beautifully i am so impress. My son Mohammed Taahir always received top marks excellent results from grade 1 to grade 6 now. This year 2021 it will be his last year on Primary school every year my son comes home with impressive certificates.Does star college assist learners or accept learners thats unable to afford ther school fees who's mother is unable to pay school fees ,but can prove to them that they will continue with ther good results?I just need advice as a parent where to go for financial assistance for my son. The school fees makes it impossible for me to assist my son thats dreaming of becoming an Anesthesiologists one day.Great reviews on Star College. BEAUTIFUL start for the young high school students that is all focused on ther future ahead.Good dayTODAY IS THE 16 JUNE 2021 5 MONTHS LATER AFTER MY 1ST REVIEW...I just need to inform you that i paid my R200 that was requested and it was non refundable from Star College Bridgetown before my son wrote his Entry exam as appointed and Alghamdulilla we were notified at the next appointment date that he was accepted at Star College Bridgetown with a 10 % discount from the R6000 pm payment and R3500 registration fee.I was advised from the principal due to my financial situation to write an email with all income and expenses wich i did asap.Up to today MY BEAUTIFUL VIEWER'S " I have not received any reply from that principal. My son Top student from grade R now in grade 7 Alghamdulilla still with top results i believe was never ever meant to attend such a school with such a principal.Just to inform parents with financial difficulties who is unable to afford these school fees payment and registration payments with a fee before writing their Entry exam......DO NOT BOTHER .I feel so bad as a mother for i have introduced this school to my son i even took my son to thier opening day and i took him with to every interview.I felt that this information was vitally important to share."

The past two years has birthed a barrier between learners and the school system. However in the face of adversity , I had full strength and support at Star College with my educators who created a system to guide me through these challenging times. With strong dedication and surrounding motivation; I remained empowered and worked extremely hard to achieve the results i have. With patience and trust in my teachers , I am abundantly proud of my achievements.

My son is in Grade 10 at Star College, Bridgetown. I have never come across such dedicated educators. What humble, respectful and dedicated teachers, they are! Their reasoning is investing in a good quality education. This school caters for learners from all walks of life. One of the most outstanding things is the way the teachers care about their students. They arrange home visits with the parents (yes, this sounds very strange and intimidating), however, this is to bridge the gap between the educator, learner and parents and to get a better understanding as to where you come from and what your child’s needs and aspirations are. I think that this is a wonderful thing. As for peer pressure, you will find this at all schools. They tend to focus more on Mathematics and Science and offer additional tuition classes on Saturdays to the learners free. (Just think about this, when your child is struggling in any subject and needs a tutor you would need to pay an additional fee for tuition). They have a zero tolerance for bullying. There is no Turkish influence on the learners. Yes, they do have many Turkish educators however, there are several South African educators as well. Yes, it is a private school and scholarships are offered to all learners as long as you maintain your results. They have salaah/namaaz facilities at school. They have several outreach programs. During Ramadan they host iftaars' at school for the different grades. We, as a South African society can learn a lot from the Turkish educators they know how to give back to the community and to instil leadership qualities in our children. Our boys are moulded in a way that they are well-groomed into fine young gentlemen with a beautiful manner, character, the way they carry themselves. The school offers soccer, cricket, volley ball, table tennis and chess as extra murals. They strive not only for academic excellence but excellence in everything they do, with humbleness and a sense of responsibility. The school encourages an exposes the learners to participate in Olympiads, expos’ and programs at University of Cape Town (commonly known as UCT). One of the Turkish teacher's has a Cooking Class and the parents (females) are invited to participate and to be part of this Cooking Class. This Cooking Class is not just about Cooking. This is also a way to connect with others. The menus for the classes are not exclusively Turkish. There are a combination of dishes. I have recently presented an Indian savoury dish. We do so much community work such as arranging treats for orphans and dropping them off at various orphanages. I was honoured to be part of this. If you enjoy reading you are welcome to join The Book Club. The school has a sandwich drive twice a month where parents donate bread, butter, cheese, cold meats etc or completed sandwiches which are then distributed amongst three schools in the surrounding areas. I have been fortunate to be part of this sandwich drive and have been able to not only contribute ingredients however, to give of my time to assist in preparing the sandwiches. What can be more rewarding than to serve our creator?

There is a soccer field at school and school has three soccer teams participating in inter-school tournaments. In 2018, U15 team participated in a tournament in Joburg; in 2019 both U13 and U15 are participants of a tournament in Durban.

Star College Bridgetown is including Primary and High School. Primary is mixed, High School is boys only.Focused on math and science. It is good quality private school.More than 1000 hours free tuitions given by teachers on Saturday mornings. This school was in Top 10 in Western Cape. And also this school was the TOP SCHOOL in schools which graduates less than 30 learners in Western Cape according to 2016 Matric Results. It is good option...
