Today (14-Dec-2022), I received a terrible Attitude and Service from a staff member. My sin was to ask If I still full price for my dress as it was still looking horrible after a dry cleaning service?". I was told how bad the dress' material is! No apology

I don’t dry clean a lot of clothes, but I’ve been going here since the center and they have never once been late, the customer service is always great, and I’ve never had a quality concern.

Worst service. Rude staff. Waited 5 working days for 1kg ordinary washing, still not ready on the day the time printed on my slip. Definitely not 'Pressed in time'. Don't waste your time going

Shocking dry cleaning service and even worse customer service. Very clear instruction were given on the folding of delicate curtains. Not only was the folding instructions not followed, they were done so badly that it damaged the curtains. Then they stapled through the delicate curtains, damaging them even further. The owner of the store was contacted by their head office however the owner would not even apologise nevermind refund me. Not only was it my first time BUT definitely my last time that i will support this business.

Charging R40 a kg for washing- wash and fold only. Then the clothes are not even turned inside out or just folded neatly.

I should have read the reviews before using their service :/I went this morning to pick up 7 jackets. It felt like I was interrupting them. Paid a lot.The employee that assisted" me didn't greet me back when I said good morning. She just took my slip and went to the back to collect the items
