4 Seasons Solar

Installed a solar conversion on my property. Wanted vacuum tubes but consultant explained that for my small family, the flat panel should be sufficient. Sitting at 50-60 degrees on most days when I get home.

4 Seasons fitted my system a year and half ago. They said it has a 5 year guarantee. Its not working calling and whatsapping them for 3 weeks now and no response. Pieter doesn't answer his phone or calls back.

Really Efficient Service. Did a great job in explaining that a bigger solar geyser is not always the best option. We wanted a 300lt but we are only 3. Technician explained that if we do not use all the water, geyser could overheat. Settled for less expensive 200lt. saving 38% on electricity account.

Best decision I have made. Saving is great. Will pay for itself in less than 2 years. 4 Seasons gives great advice and do great work.

Installed about 1 year ago. Had a pipe burst in my roof a few months later and thought it was the geyser. The team was there within 3 hours and found it to be an old galvanized pipe. Replaced it for me at a very reasonable cost.Then a week ago the element would not heat extra water. Google says they are closed but got hold of the manager and he sent a technician out the following day. Turns out my geyser isolator was faulty.Had nothing but good service from 4 Seasons Solar. Would recommend everyday.

Do not use this company, I had 2 solar geysers installed which was done perfectly. BUT there is no after sales service, I have been trying to get a installation certificate for over 2 years and they do not return your calls or reply to emails. Thankfully nothing has gone wrong with the geysers. Please be careful.

Got them to install a solar geyser conversion, while I was overseas, no supervision, and is saving around 30% on electricity. Should be more when summer comes. Got back and surprised at the quality, again - unsupervised. Highly recommended. Good advice and service from the sales guy.

My existing geyser was converted to a solar geyser. For 4 months no problems. Then I contacted them because during loadshedde the wise monitor system in my house also shut down that never happened before. They did come out and said it was replaced. I was quite happy, but same thing happened again, but not only that, my vacuum breaker also start to break. After I got on the roof to see what is wrong I discovered a 12 volt battery behind the geyser that was not connected and just stand there. I called my electrician guy out to ask if he can connect it. He told me that the pump I have on need a 22 volt battery in order for the pump to work. He then ask me to listen if I hear annything and I said no. He said the reason I do not hear anything is because the pump is not working and that is why the vacuum breaker fails all the time. He also told me he think that the small solar panel might not be working either. Did call 4 seasons solar and they will call me back. Until now, still waiting for somebody to call back.
