Love their design, but our table has a massive crack in it. Super dissapointing.

I ordered two of their arm chairs. They look beautiful but when you sit on them the back cushion slides down. I sent the cushions back and they said they will replace the very weak velcro with buttons, but it didnt really fix the problem. It is a design error that needs to be fixed. Customer service was BAD. No update on manufacturing or delivery. You cannot call them, only mail. Also no follow up on whether you are happy with the product. They delivered it with a chip on the one chair leg, but communication was so bad I didnt even feel like mentioning it. I am an Airbnb host and would love to buy more local products, but after my experience with Kipekee I doubt I will ever order their furniture again. Super disappointing
