I have used this company on a few occasions now. Each time I sent in elements to be made up, it took days to receive the quote to pay (not ideal when you need the elements) and then they only invoice you once element is made up. The last elements I brought in it took Robbie and Bradley weeks to send me the quote, separate from that I only got my invoice for the elements 3 weeks later when Mark (Mark was pleasant to deal with) had mentioned to me that the elements were ready for collection after I followed up for like the 4th time. Neither Robbie or Bradley advised me of this and I had been sending Robbie emails and calling on the regular asking for them to let me know and send me the invoice as my accountants needed it for the prior months order made on the 31st March. Only got invoice yesterday.Between Robbie and Bradley they are the reason I will never use this company again. Bad customer service to say the least. Makes the company look very unprofessional and unreliable.Regarding the actual elements, they have been working fine but either way can’t do business with people that lack in customer service and care.
