Really nice space, lots of runners and cyclists coming for coffee or juices after their morning sessions, as well as doggies since it's pet friendly.Lovely view even from inside. Bustling with conversations and coffee machines but no noise from road outside which makes it comfortable.

I was skeptical at first, but after the first sip this skepticism turned to elation. The oat muffin was also delicious and actually a muffin, not a cake like most tend to be. Staff were such a vibe and returned multiple times.Big patio also with lots of space to work!

Nice iced coffee, good spot to pick something up and walk along the boardwalk but also outdoor seating here is a great place to people watch and enjoy a lazy Sunday

One of the best cappuccinos I've ever had. Came here as the view was nice, arrived and got fantastic food, sensational coffee and a tonne of dogs chilling here. What a lovely vibe! I'd like the clientele to be a little bit more eclectic and thus make this place slightly more inviting to other demographics but this is mainly a marketing issue I think. Really nice vibe either way!

One of my favourite places to sit. Baristas know me and make great coffee exactly how I like it. They are all SO friendly and love to see us.Recently though, the Americanos have been of poor quality. The flat whites are always good but the Americanos we sent back three times, which is not acceptable.

Seattle coffee company in Greenpoint has the best service. Came for a few days and I was taken away by the outdoor seating area which has thw ocean breeze and view.Perfect place for coffee dates etc.
