Very incompetent and they blame each other as colleagues to make you feel better, never reachable and they don't have communication skills, also they misappropriate client's funds, THEY PREY ON THE WEAK, AVOID THEM BY ALL COSTS, THEY TAKE 5 YEARS TO WRAP UP AN ESTATE, that would usually take less than a year. They are sooooo incompetent. The owner is even worse.
