Pathetic shop! No trolleys, no open tills despite staff members loitering behind tiĺ row. We had three large hard to carry items which were an issue when leaving the store and having to find till slips for the security to do their idle futile check. Game as a whole has deterioated in the last while with many stores being dark, dirty and unordered. Have vowed never to return to this store again due to several bad experiences in the last year. Many better managed and maintained alternatives to this sinking chain store, I suggest you try them first.

This Game does not deserve even a one star rating! What a disappointment. I've experienced bad service in store before but never to the degree that I have with this Game. The staff are not helpful and the manager is rude and unwilling to provide any assistance whatsoever.There was a promotion on a Trojan Door gym so I happily made my way to the tills with my prize. I was met with disappointment. What they had advertised as R52 was a mistake" and in reality they wanted to charge R300. The manager came and was arrogant and disrespectful towards me offering no help whatsoever

I'm sorry to say but every time I have visited this branch the service is so poor, from the floor staff to lack of cashiers. I go out of my way to go somewhere else.

Bought a fridge a week ago, arranged for delivery on Wednesday, it is now late afternoon Friday and still no delivery. When calling, they keep telling me that they are trying to track down the delivery company! No store manager to discuss the issue with either. Been on hold for 10 minutes with no positive feedback about 3 times during the day! Rather go to Makro!

poor service from tevo promoters at game cradlestone. i wanted to exchange my microwave of which i bought at a different game. i was told to return it back to were i bought because they cant help. i then went to game clearwater, i was helped without any hesitation. So if i had bought it in Durban did i have to return it to the store in Durban?
