Great prices but not a fan of the Tuff paint they sell. So thick I almost burnt out my drill stirring it and it doesnt cover well.

It's okay, not the best range of other items like paint etc but they do have a variety of tiles at what seems like a reasonable price. It's a small place and you have to go to other places to find other things you might need other than tiles. Not very organized and staff is scarce. Location is also not ideal.

They have everything on the go just a pitty load shedding made every thing slow. The staff however were able to assist as quickly as possible. Thank you Top T.

Very friendly staff but not well organised we came around the previous day pay for 44 square metres of tiles with the undertakings we will collect the next morning hopefully not to waitWe stood for 45 minutes waiting with a young gentleman collecting and loading have a year to his calendar to load worst than any elderly person can doI had to help himNOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely pathetic, 3 people serving one person but the other customers are completely ignored - I was there for 15 minutes and was never even asked if I needed help. Yes I did need help!!! Continue doing business like this and see how long you last. Never going back there....

Good prices but there was little stuff compliment so we had to wait for a while to be attended to. Spent over R2K there and was not happy with the service due to only a handful of people working. I counted 4 people on the floor while the place was full with customers. The only reason we stayed and made a purchase was that the contractor was on his way to my place and I needed tiles on Saturday; If it wasn't for that I would have gone somewhere else. Hire more people please. Customer service is important.

We went to this store 4 times, the 1st time we went there the service was good and the 2nd time my husband went the tiles were advertised at R86.90 Square meter in the front of the shop when got to the till to pay they price was different when asked where is the manager was told was not there today, I forcefully requested first price and they told me they can't give me at that price but eventually they gave it to me at the first price. The 3rd time I went I got no assistance what so over and the shop was dead quiet they only helped me once I went to the till to ask for someone to assist me. Today myself and my husband went there again as we had to buy more tiles and the shop was empty we were the only customers in the shop and no assistance. They are not friendly at all and there service is pathetic.

Came to buy materials over a weekend at this store.The store was busy and a lot of clients were left waiting to be helped. This store definitely needs more staff to make the customers experience better!Besides the slow service, the current staff are awesome. They are informed, helpful and go the extra mile. They even helped us load our materials.One of the cheapest places to buy quality materials! Would recommend you check Top T first before you buy anywhere else.

Great service was given

Alberton McDonald's was very bad drive thru I bought a big mac with a different price from McDonald's display and they did not give out tomato sauce and when I ask them about the tomato sauce they told me is finished without even saying sorry. That was rude and disgusting.
