Wøsh Laundry & Dry Cleaning

Very professionell shop. Our laundry was ready in the evening, so we could get it back just before closing time. The laundry was clean and dry. No missing things or other mishappens.

I have been going to this laundromat for a couple months and there was never a bigger problem than washing only being available the next afternoon. However , my most recent load was ready for collection , so I attempted to do an Uber package to save the trip. My driver waited outside while I called the ladies at the laundromat to ask if they wouldn’t mind taking it to the driver and I let them know which entrance he was at. The lady on the phone said it was fine , however they kept the driver waiting for almost 20 minutes and failed to give me a call to let me know they couldn’t see him. Ultimately, my driver cancelled and I was charged a large amount for his waiting time. I had to order another Uber to go fetch it and when I got there and gave my slip in , the lady started shouting at me saying I need to respect people’s time , if anything she should take her own advice. She started screaming at me the whole way out the entrance of the Icon Building. Whilst I was still inside , I had asked her to please just give me my laundry as I had another Uber waiting , she pointed to the floor in which my laundry was sitting at the very entrance of the laundromat , for anyone to simply walk past and quickly take it. I was extremely dissatisfied with how she spoke to me and her behaviour was nothing short of distasteful. This is aimed at Wosh in Icon building. Just disgusting

Winnie is the star of the business and though I am located in Gauteng but needed laundry done in Blouberg, she organized everything, kept me updated and my client in Blouberg is happy and satisfied. Update: I contacted them as they requested. They asked for time to review what happened with my order and I havent heard from them since, which is now almost a month ago. Seems them asking reviewers to contact them is unfortunately just for show - it's not worth the effort to engage.-----------I was really excited to give Wosh a try after all the positive reviews, but unfortunately I need to flag the experience I had. The staff were very friendly and did apologise for the mishaps, but i'm reluctant to give them a second chance.- My clothes were picked up on the thursday morning and the driver was very helpful in getting everything loaded. I also included 2 dry clean items. One I didn't stipulate in my order, but was told I can include and they'll adjust my bill.- The website says 24 hour turn around and by friday lunch time i still hadn't received any communication around when i can expect my order back. I phoned them later in the afternoon and was told that due to loadshedding I'd only get my order on the Monday. This was an inconvenience as I'd expected to have my order back on the Friday, but I understood loadshedding impacts services like this. I would've just preferred them communicating it to me without me having to phone them to find out why i haven't heard anything.- On Monday I was sick in bed, and only realised after 5pm I still hadn't received my order, so I tried phoning even though I knew it was outside of working hours. The call got redirected to the driver who said he didn't know about my order, but he'll follow up and make sure to deliver it to my the next day.- On Tuesday morning I finally received my order and everything seemed ok, but I was very sick and didn't inspect it just yet.- On Wednesday i finally unpacked everything and discovered 3 things: First the dry cleaners stapled their note through the front panel of my custom created black linen corset and damaged it. The corset doesn't have any ornamentation that can hide this damage and it's right next to the closure on the most visible part of the corset. Secondly they included a shirt and a towel that aren't mine and I'm wondering now which items of mine have possibly gone missing. And third one of my pants have shrunk considerably.- I gave them a call to inform them of the damaged corset, and the lady i talked to apologised. She also let me know she didn't charge me for the corset, which I appreciate, but I don't know why she didn't charge me for it (currently i'm assuming it was for the delayed delivery)

Really pathetic service. Firstly our washing comes back mixed up with another client (picture attached of not my laundry). Some of my laundry items are “missing”- probably with another customer! All our white and cream coloured clothes are discoloured. We try to contact the business via phone.. the person answering calls is unable to communicate, all he keeps saying is to call back in 30 to 40 minutes even when we call back later!!

Tried this service out for my AirBnb regular washing, but first time a fail. Really bad communication and planning, Didn't receive my laundry in time, need to make alternative plans, called at 16:20 and they said they are already closed... which their profile states is only at 17:00.Never was I informed about a pick up time, nor a drop off time, the guy on whatsapp keep telling me call the office".Very unreliable and unprofessional as a very first try out."

I recently came from the U.S.A and needed to utilize their online services for a large load of washing that needed to be done in a timely manner. I must say that despite all the load shedding and obstacles that the business faces on a daily basis because of load shedding I was still very impressed with their communication and their service getting the job done. This is the third time I have used them and I am a very satisfied and a grateful client.People are quick to complain, I would rather be the one that leaves a compliment and wishes then the best for 2023 as they continue to do the best they can with the challenges they face ,beyond their control . Go Wosh !!

Pathetic!!! I gave approximately 10kgs of laundry in and it was returned with two of my big towels missing. I inquired about it and they told me that I either didn't give it to them or it got mixed up with someone else's things. I went in a few days later to see if they had any update for me and they insisted that I never gave the towels to them and implied that I was lying about it. Ridiculous behaviour and extremely frustrating considering I now have to do laundry more often due to the fact that I have two less towels now. Definitely not returning here again.
