I cannot say enough good things about Jean and his fine facility at Bodhi Breathwork. This was my first breathwork session and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Jean took the time to explain the process so that the journey ahead would feel approachable. Words cannot explain how profound the breathwork experience felt once we got into it! Truly extraordinary, and I would advise anyone considering breathwork to book a session.

I have attended a few of Jean's sessions in various locations and I can honestly say that I find it to be life changing and very healing, as well as restorative. I can not wait to go back again.
