WOULD NOT RECOMMENDActual rating - ZERO starsPlaced an order on 3 March. It's 10 March and I have received no information about the status of my order. There as been:1. no acknowledgement of PoP receipt, which was emailed to the sales department2. no update on order status - it is being packed? has it been shipped yet? I have no idea3. no update on ETAThe site says delivery takes 3-5 working days and that I will receive an email confirmation once the order is shipped. Today is WD 5 and there has been no email saying my order has been shipped - so 5 WD's after placing the order, it is not even in transit!They send emails asking for feedback but don't respond once feedback has been provided and queries have been raised.I wonder who all these people are, who have given this business such positive reviews. My epxperince has been the complete opposite.

The order and payment process went great. Received the specific hinge I needed within days from ordering it. Much cheaper than the imported hinge and worth a try. 8mm mis-fit as I feared though but can still be used as similar additional hinge but not replacements. Benefits are more the drawbacks.
