Vodacom Shop Workshop Centre

This place scammed me. I went in looking for a pen for my samsung tablet S6, they sold me a samsung fold pen and told me it would work. 1000 rand by the way. I get home and no luck, also to realize the directions (which they gave me as i was walking out of the store) specifically say it only works with a fold phone.I went back for a refund the next day they told me they couldnt do a refund only an exchange. So they said they would order the right pen then do a refund. I said okay then.But still i felt off so I looked it up on their website and it says within 2 weeks I can return any item, so I went back and tried to make them give me a refund. They said they couldnt again and only exchanges.So i go in everyday to check on my order and they continue to say it didnt get delivered yet. I go in there about 1.5 weeks later and they tell me theyre just going to issue a refund because they cant get the pen. Are you serious? Ive been waiting 2 weeks for you to just give me a refund?Still they said they cant do it that day because they dont have the cash. Still havent gotten my refund. Dont go here. Dont buy from here. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

Bought a charger (R400)... high end quality stuff they said , but it burnt out within 6 months as i returned it they told I couldn’t cause apparently their charge don’t burnt out and their warrants don’t work they place you on hold when you call I guess they’re wait for it to expire don’t buy stuff from this store

Service was very poor asked me to pay R200 for something that was not my fault,lucky i went to vodashop midway mall they assisted me within five minute,they told me that something was not done in their system

Very busy place, if you want help here make sure to get here early in the morning, there are queues here especially on weekend. Beside all that they do provide the best service ever. I am one of their life time customer and I will never change that unless they change too.

Got there today 12 August 2022, the black lady at the door was very rude, she didn't even wanted to hear my problem and turned her back on me.I've been using vodacom my whole life and i always thought they are the best, but what happened today was my worst ever. I'm very disapponted..

Lots of friendly stuff but useless.
