I ordered pizzas at around 6:40 p.m as I’m typing this it’s currently 22:10 and dololo pizza. Dololo response from the calls I make.

Debonairs Pizza Garankuwa is horrible. The food is soggy, burnt and really disgusting. My wings were undercooked and flavorless... They brought me the wrong pizza order . Really PATHETIC AND A WASTE

We ordered on Friday and they called to confirm my order. But they did not deliver, tried calling them the whole weekend only reserved the pizza on Monday.

Double decker had tatar sauce and tomatoes in first layer instead of cheese sauce. The most disgusting thing ever. So y'all run out of ingredients and substitute with anything you find in your neighbour's( fishaways) kitchen?

I ordered a pizza around 16:30 online for collection, I went to collect around 18:40 only to find that my pizza was not made yet. I had to wait again for them to prepare it. This other girl called Porshia was asked to assist but she was busy complaining in a very bad way and I could hear every word she said. That was a very bad service. When I got home the pizza was not even well done because it was prepared out of anger and very fast. I am so pissed about the treatment and the response to this issue.In August I ordered a pizza to be delivered and the order took more that 2 hours.

Poor services.U wait for the whole day to get your order. When u call they are rude. They never answer the call when you want to make an enquiry about your order but they quickly answer the call when u want to make another order,even worse on Sundays.

I really don't like the service here.... Most of the time they take their time to give you your order.... Last time I was here I waited close to 15 minutes for them to call my number and I could clearly see that my pizza was ready and when you try to call one of them for help they just gave me attitude.

Am so done with this place, their service is bad and the pizza is worse they should close it down because they really don't want to serve us, the driver brought the wrong order and didn't bring my drink he even had the nerve to say the drink was free why am i complaining
