Utterly PATHETIC!!! We constantly have issues, I phone almost every week because the wifi is off. And the excuse is always either our dish or the tower, which by the way is on OUR farm.Wifi has been off since yesterday, technician still hasn't gotten back to me. I will never ever recommend Iclix to anyone!!

Edited my great review to TERRIBLE. Struggling since February with the connection. We have mostly uptime with our connection, but not constant. As I use it for gaming, I need the best. Latency is HORRIBLE and not stable at all. Losing connection for a minute 3 times during matches. Had to give up playing ranked completely. Can stream Netflix mostly on HD, but revert to low quality as the line drops.

My experience with them is tainted. There are three individuals at the head of this institution - the founder and lead sys-admin, while not exactly a ray of sunshine, his knowledge and expertise of the infrastructure and accompanying systems he built is unrivaled, I'm talking DEEP knowledge. The second is (from what I could gather) the 'face' of the business with regards to the larger, corporate contracts and a businessman at the pinnacle of professionalism. The third is responsible for internal operations and in my experience not a honorable or even honest man. Money allowed him to rise to the position he holds, not competence.Beyond last mentioned the company isn't bad, they supply a stable and reliable service that is completely overpriced.

I got awesome technical support assistance at 10PM from Rachel! I’ve been with ICLIX for nearly 10 years and I could not have expected any less! Awesome service!

Worst ISP ever! I wouldn't even recommend Iclix to my worst enemy. There is always issues with connectivity and the internet is off more than what it is on. Even Telkom is better and that's saying something...

Iclix has a great team, I mean, really. You guys are great! Any issues I've had were solved quickly, or various solutions were brought forward. I have always felt welcome in their offices and they have always been friendly and exceptionally helpful with any problems or requests. Thank you all for your outstanding service over the years.

I can honestly say that every time I spoke to anyone there, I was treated with respect and kindness; it's something that is very rare these days. The best ISP I have ever had and has the best call center and service. If you are in an outlying area these guys will find a way to get you connected. Amazing people.
