I'm disappointed of the service I got tonight at yr branch. I bought 5 boxes of food but the service was very poor. I understand that sauces are being sold in-store but at other branches they give you those small sachets of sauces and salt so that in future you can buy something you have tasted but tonight none of those were supplied and I was on route to a trip. I must say my food tasted bad I even asked the lady if she gave me the sauces and she said yes only to find 2 sachets only whereby I bought 5 boxes for 5 people. Why do we get best service at other branches but at these particular one the service is bad. It was order no 169 at 18:44:43

I am honestly disappointed because I have been waiting to be assisted since Saturday. I honestly don't understand how the service at fishaways works as I did send my complaint through as directed together with my details but nobody has gotten back to me. I will take further steps which is to lodge a verbal complaint seeing that that is the only way someone will actually take my complaint into consideration.
