Used in tandem with solar systems. Batteries tend to behave different from the one to the next. Strict rules on how your DC reticulation should be done. Repair took a long 3 weeks, but I give a 4 as they are trustworthy, honour their warranties and repaired my battery in full without charge.

I will never forget this company I did an interview with them they said they love me they want to hire me same time but they can't... they asked me to wait for them for 3 months so they can bring me on board. Till today I'm waiting for them, it been a year. I think it fair to be honest to candidate because they spend their time and money to make it to end interview only for to tell them to wait for you.

Nothing but trouble from day one. Now no backup service. Do not waste your money! Buy something with better after sales service. 20kw/hrs system provides only 6 kw/hrs struggling for months for Revov to solve this, with no luck. Their guarantee means nothing!

Be cautious. I orded 2x 5.5,kw from them for an off grid system. They conked out at 30%charge and when we sent them back they admitted faulty cells. They wanted 7 days to establish that and I sat without power. Luckily I hadn't moved in.Gave them a second chance and bought 2 more for my other house and now the exact same thing has happened again, only now I'm living in the house and they expect me to be without electricity for 2 weeks while they fix yet more defective batteries.Watch out, I'm 2 for 2 on defective batteries and the after sales is a joke

Dont bother, they never have any stock. Waited 3months for batteries, we reserved battery by making payment. Our batteries was sold out according to rep. Now I have to wait week before a refund can be made. Just terrible service.
