This storewas very recently revamped and looks beautiful.It also has the new queing which is not working fairly. This morning system would not call for customer with self med docket, just calling for clients with prescriptions. There were to Pharmacist on the counter and they both assisting with prescriptions..I got up and left and went to another Clicks branch.Since then was contacted by Clicks Head Office and The Manageress ofClicks Branch. Much appreciated.

Very best service ever, I moved my wife prescription from Kolonnade who usually gave us terrible service.. but since from 2021 when we moved our script here we never hwd any problems.. Thank you for quality service you provided to us.

Most unfriendly staff, I don't think they know about smiling, (Life must be very hard and unfair to these staff), you are met with nothing but unfriendly faces, no acknowledgement that you exist. They make you wait in a cue and does not even look up or make eye contact. After waiting for what felt like a lifetime without being acknowledged, I eventually walked out. I would rather take my account/business to another pharmacy and tell all my 15 000 linked in followers about my bad experience!!!

Super rude staff. Pharmacy staff couldn't care less. Would not recommend. Especially Flora. Bad attitude, no help. The clinic sister had to apologise for their behaviour. Disgusting.

I have been a customer of the pharmacy for more than 5 years. I get my monthly medication from the pharmacy and I have to say they walk the extra mile to assist me when I have problems with my medical aid. The service is exemplary and of high standard.

The pharmacist was unprofessional in his conduct. Clearly he does not now how to speak to clients. After waiting for more than 15 min I was told he will first attend to the client scrip that was phoned in. Then he told me with an attitude that he cannot give me the requested medication

No matter what time of the day you want to go there will be a 20 minute wait at the dispensery. Covid protocol is not enforced in the queue. People stand 49cm aoart with no one intervening and getting people to stand on the lines for social distancing.
