One of the Employees here is unprofessional. He advised that people behind us should skip the queue and be assisted before us because making passports for our infants would take long. We had been there since 5:30. He was ready to attack me when I approached him regarding the matter.

What a pleasure visiting Mankwe DHA. We went there on 23rd December to apply for our children's unabridged birth certificates, from the moment we entered until we left we were only served with friendly faces! a BIG thank you to the security that greeted us with the BIGGEST smile ever, Lazarus Maruping and Esther Modungwa, the guy at information, Lerato Seikanelo, who pointed us into the right direction and the lady that assisted us, Kelebogile Makete. You are all awesome and your service was outstanding! The waiting time is short and the department is very clean and organised.
