Disappointing an employee had an attitude

How can I apply for a position at your shop Sir. I would like the opportunity to be part of your customer service team. I have extensive experience with the Telkom product. From it's Business lines to Mobile lines as I have worked on it's campaigns from two different recognized contact centers here in Durban accumulating more than 2 experience with their products and services. My resume altogether is quite impressive. I would kindly appreciate your response.

The service is too slow here, and staff members don't have that enthusiasm to produce the best customer service, I was in a queue for almost an hour without assistance I then decided to leave

I came in just now to upgrade my contract and asked the attendant to help me with sending my new contract on my email I need to send it before 3pm I am still waiting even now, what a poor service they don't take us serious as long they are done with their sale

Its a nice small but very friendly staff, very professional service rendered.

Worst Experiece EVER! for the 3rd time , giving Township service the benefit of the doubt, considering the economic recovery the provice is under. The Women working there are every incosinderate. with unneccesary attitude. A Few people quit waiting inline cause of unruly service. The Lady whom I needed assistance with, was unprofessionally chewing Gum and try to offer me poor service for a simple Sim Swap service. she was miss informing me and was making random service excuse not to assist me.It was very disappointing with how it all happned.when I went to Umhlanga Telkom service was very pleasent.It is reasons like these why some of us refuse to support black on black business.With people with undignified characteristics they make the whole service be look bad in Townships.

The service here sucks big time. U wait for a long time just to be assisted.consultants here are very incompitant.They will ignore you if you are not elderly.They just sit and waste so much te with one person.

June 2019 . I brought my phone from telkom i am satisfied with the data , minutes, whatsapp bundle etc
