So I went to the Pretoria branch to install my hair. One of the hair dressers did an amazing job on my hair her name is Masi. The service is great but the only sad part is we not allowed to give them any tips. There’s even a paper at the reception that states we can’t tip them. Management please fix this because tips will motivate your team to keep doing the great job n do our hair with love
