Hi im not happy with the service i got from the person who is working there.some time ago he was very rude with some of the customer.and this week i was there 2min after 12.the door was close and i saw him sitting there and show me something and i ask him what.and he open the door and said to me he is on lunch.i told him im sorry and come a longway to get my bottles fullup.and he was very angry and scream at me next time i will hide my self.i said to him im sorry i didn't know what time is his lunch.and he screem back to me everybody knows what is my lunch time.i said to him im sorry and he was very rude.the shop in front of the watershop also bring a bottle te fullup and he was screaming at the person in the shop.i wll bliksem you.that is not a way to treat your customers.i will never use the shop again

We have been buying our water here for a while now. It is a pleasure going there, as the staff are friendly and helpful. Never too busy to ask how you are.

Drought in the Cape region has reached a critical level. RO Systems fill 5 litre containers for R5. Also a great idea is to purchase a water refillable tank for kitchen use. From the 18 April 2018 / 50 litres of water per day per person. Lets save water

Reasonably priced goods with a wide variety of products and food. Loved the cheese section.

I've been buying my drinking water from here since they started. The service is great: prompt, efficient and friendly; and the water tastes great. They also haven't exploited the current drought situation by increasing their prices. That shows integrity. Can't stand the artificial, chemical taste of water from the tap anymore (even before the drought). You don't know till you know :-).

A good shop but don't forget that they are selling municipal water. They have a sign by the door reminding everyone that the water they provide still counts towards your daily quota

The little Friendly Grocer supermarket is a local secret - friendly service, good prices, extended trading hours - and the home made tomato and onion beef sausage is a must!
