I have been training with Hendrik at Golden Eagle Defense for two years (kapap krav maga & jiu jitsu) and I absolutely love it. The classes are small which makes learning new skills so much easier. When I started out, I mostly trained with the more experienced students and what stood out to me, was how kind and patient everyone in class was with me- a great testament I think, to Hendrik’s teaching style. I really love this dojo and all the people training with me and would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn the art of Krav Maga/ Jiu Jitsu/ Self defense. (As a side note - I am a firm believer that every woman on earth should do at least six months of Krav Maga - it is life changing!)
