Had the most fantastic week of meals from the Flava ladies. Selected a mix of frozen and fresh meals. Every meal was full of flava and unique. Loved it all. Easy to order, great customer service. One very happy customer.

Flava is such a great concept. I have used it on 2 occasions to send Hampers as Birthday gifts (a real hit BTW) from overseas... Jeanie and the Flava team were absolutely brilliant- I cannot recommend highly enough!

As a family, we have really loved the Flava meals we have chosen for the past few months. As a busy working mom, I have absolutely LOVED the convenience of the delivery, the ease in which the meals can be prepared and cooked and I just adore the frozen options for busier days. I love knowing that even if we are having a frozen meal, it's not mass produced and full of preservatives, it's still wholesome, natural food which we all enjoy. Thank you Flava for having both fresh and frozen meals available, they suit me perfectly and make my life so much easier.

Flava & Co have been my BFFs in whatever season, through thick and thin. Not only do they provide me with the raw, fresh and healthy ingredients but as a bonus they hooked me up with recipes which personally I absolutely love. Thanks guys!
