No stars poor service drops the phone when you are still talking. Gives out false prices

I ordered car battery. I like it very much. Their service is good and respected my time to work.

It's accurate and fast service but some of the staff there are cruel but not all.

A little improved service will earn you 5 stars.

I send my boy 2 buy 4 tyers and after 15 minutes one tire was down,very flat and they told me that there is nothing that they can do,i tried to take the matter with the lady who calls herself the manager but her attitude stings,she dropped the phone on my ears and told my boy that he doesn’t wana talk to me again,i drove all the way from where i was i can say 120km 2 attend the matter.I even asked her if she knows customer service and she told me that buying 4 tires from their shop is nothing and she will answer me however way she wants,yoh that lady is very rude and i dnt even know gore what are they learning from her and what is she teaching people who reports to her because she told me that the whole shop report to herThe service was way too bad,i dnt even wish my enemy to receive such serviceThe service is patheticYou cannot answer a customer like that yerrrI am talking about Janefurse shop, i ddnt even sleep last night,i had nightmaresThis happend on Saturday 28 january 2023

It is a great place an a good service too

A flat truck tyre was taken to them last week Thursday and although they could not find anything wrong with it, we still had to pay R150. This morning, when the tyre was taken out of the store where it had been placed when it was received back from Supa Quick, it was again found to be flat. I returned it to them personally and stood by while they again checked it with water, this time discovering a hole next to the tread. After a lengthy discussion with the branch manager, front desk personnel and the person who did the initial inspection on Thursday, I still had to pay another R130 for the gator that had to be stuck over the hole on the inside of the tyre. When I had paid, I went to the repair bay to collect the tyre, only to find that the attendant had not yet started on the repair of this tyre. This meant that I had to leave the tyre with them and will have to go back to collect it tomorrow. Someone of our company would have had to travel three times from our site to Supa Quick and back, for the same tyre that was not properly inspected in the first place on Thursday, at a total distance of 54km. If it had not been for the little more than feeble effort of the branch manager to resolve my complaint about the poor service received from the start, I would have given them only 1 star.

Took a tyre with slow puncture to them, the tyre had a nail then they fixed it and told me that it’s fine. Later that day I noticed that it’s worse and the tyre was not fitted correctly. I wonder how they fail to fit the tyre even when it’s labeled inside and outside
