I contacted Debi at Burgess Florists from the UK at short notice to organise flowers for a family friend’s 70th birthday. Debi was incredibly helpful and produced two really lovely floral gifts which were quickly delivered (she kindly sent me photos so I could see what was being delivered). I can’t thank her enough for the great customer service and the high quality products.

From the moment we stepped into the store we got excellent service. I literally consulted with the ladies A week before my wedding and we physically met a day before the wedding to make payments & they went above & beyond to make my day special. My wedding bouquet was exactly like the picture I showed them & they delivered the flowers at the restaurant where my reception was held on time. I am forever grateful.

I am in the Netherlands and I ordered flowers for my moms funeral. Tracy was efficient and professional handling my order. Bouquet was beautiful and fresh. I was told that the flowers lasted 11 days. Thank you.

Found Burgess on wobbly web all the way from Tasmania, Australia. Flowers delivered same day in Westville by exemplary sympathetic staff. Grateful and impressed recipients sent photo to me straight away! Very happy and can highly recommend after my experience.

I only deal with Brgess Florist online due to living in the UK. I can not fault the clear instructions they give. They arrange there bouquets with thought and care for the person or celebration. I'd highly recommend them.
