I highly recommend Therapy in Action. Erika (Hand OT) is professional, friendly and has high levels of empathy. She really goes the extra mile for her patient! I’ve also been working with Mariette (physio), who is very professional, kind and easy to relate to/connect with.

If you need a firm massage, Rouche (physiotherapist) is your answer. I broke my arm and during rehab, saw her for some physio and she was fantastic. (Bias: I do work here too as an OT, but it is seldom I find a physio that can massage firm enough for my liking!)

Therapy in Action Stellenbosch
The therapists at Therapy in Action are world-class, they are experts in their respective fields with added sympathy to help patients heal and recover faster. One of the hand therapists made a splint for my son's right thumb when x-rays revealed a small fracture after a cricket accident. He was able to write exams and continue normally with school work. The follow up and care and compassion was phenomenal. I highly recommend this practice.
