Visited my old friend his the manager at ok furniture

The Staff is rude. Don't think I'll be buying from them again.

As it says by its name

The service is bad i bought wardrobe and it was locked the key is not working they refuse to help

I spoke to the regional manager of OK Furniture Protea Glen regarding the Fridge i bought on Monday and complained about it on Tuesday (Within 7 days as their policy states) While i was explaining the matter to him he hung up the phone. I honestly do not know if the managers can't resolve the matter who should. Isn't it consumers right to complain about the dissatisfactory of the product within 7 days of purchase? They're busy telling me that they've been talking to their supplier, how is that my problem? i didn't buy the fridge at their supplier i bought it from them. Whatever matter they want to take with their supplier should be a separate matter it shouldn't involve me in any way.They're so unprofessional and do not follow/adhere to their rules as it states on their policies.

He manager is very loud and will shout at employees in front of the customers and also she will shout at the customer in order for everyone in the store to hear. They are unprofessional and don’t have customer service. There is never stock available at the store.

I don't advice anyone to buy anything at this store, worse service ever

Do not !!!.I repeat …Do not buy from them …their things are fake …I bought a Tv ..I did not even get to watch its cracked and no one was willing to help …my money gone …this other gentleman Mudau or something he’s so heartless and does not have sympathy…I repeat Do not buy from ok furniture!!!!!!
