It's the first time I visited this branch and I was amazed at the variety and range of decorative features that were so eye catching yet affordable and I recommend every home owner check out this supplier for decor and home improvements.Staff was attentive and helpful

Very poor service. The sales man can see I need assistance walked past me three times without helping eventually I stop him and ask for 44 Hairpin legs. He goes to the back and brings them out on a cargo flat trolley. Leaves the boxes at the door and walks away. I pay for them and go to the security to sign the slip. She tries to get the salesman’s attention to assist me loading all the boxes who just ignores her and walks away. Spending the amount of money I did for table legs the least he could have done is assist me with carrying all the boxes instead dumps them at the door and walks away. Much better service at the umhlanga branch. Definitely won’t be going back.

It was a fast stop, in search of small S hooks and wire hangers. Friendly staff was able to assist with the small S hooks but they did not stock the wire hangers. Staff was informative and was able to direct me to another store in the Springfield area. Thank you for your assistance and friendly mannerisms.
