I love AutoWorks Strand! The team not only serviced my car, but I was notified of further issues, which I had no idea about. Honestly the best place I've ever taken any of my cars to. You can see that integrity is a big deal to Bruce and his brilliant team. They listen to the customer and go out of their way to deliver excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone! :)

Bruce and his team went above and beyond to help me. Their service was excellent, great communication throughout the process, very good prices and great turnaround time. The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile in all areas of service delivery, from offering transport to and from their workshop to emailing quotes for parts and really showing that they care about the service they offer and their customers. I would certainly recommend Strand Autoworks based on my very positive experience.

Wow Comforted!! What a rare experience to have when your car is in for repair. Bruce and the frontline assistants were amazing. Bruce kept me informed the entire time. They saved me a ton of money without compromising on quality. I can highly recommend Autoworks Strand for an amazing customer service experience. They just did everything right. I will definitely be back!

I was extremely impressed by their service. Super friendly and helpful, even offered a drive me home service for the area. The quotation was a lot better than SMG Tygervalley where I always used to service my BMW X1. Will recommend to anyone.

Bruce and his team were very helpful in assessing our car. Subaru couldn’t help us, but Bruce’s team were immediately able to help us. I am down from Joburg and I am impressed with his service.

Very good customer experience from start to finish. I phoned and spoke to Shanice whom was very friendly and professional. After taking in my ST and speaking to Bruce. I was updated at every step as to what is, and what needs to happen. Upon collecting my car Bruce gave me a break down of what was done and received a washed and vacuumed car. Great work guys!!

The staff at reception were most courteous and helpful. I found Bruce to be a knowledgeable manager who goes out of his way to listen, resolve problems and keep me uptodate on progress, which is rare in today’s world. I will most certainly continue to take my Merc. SLK to AutoWorks.
