Excellent experience at the Mugg & Bean at Cape Town International Airport. Food, atmosphere and service from staff were 100%.Whilst I'm sure that all the staff are professional and good at their jobs, I must give acknowledgement to Zukiswa who was attentive, friendly, polite, professional and super efficient at her role. A very generous experience indeed.

Drinks selection excellent, Caribbean mocha was great. Food OK. Spills on floors and stickers left on cups doesn’t create the best impression. Service is extremely slow, even with the restaurant not even busy.

I have had previous bad experiences here as in any airport eatery. But this time I was pleasently suprised by the excellent service.

I think there should be a sign that tells black people to enter at their own risk. I saw a post from 6 months ago where another black person was complaining about being ignored. We experienced the same thing.What's worse, Lawrence walked past us several times and then, when white customers came to sit next to us, it didn't even take him 5 minutes to ask if they were assisted. Funny thing is that they didn't even buy anything.Don't get me started on Shepherd!!! Three times he was called to tend to us and he refused.Thank God for Caroline, she managed to give a good service.My advice, if you don't want to pay to be treated badly as a black person, stay away from this place.

Loads of staff milling about and ignoring customers, one had to flag down a waiter to pay.Waited for service while waiters were hanging and chatting close by and while the food came quickly for once, the presentation of this breakfast was awful...it should be put on the menu for customers to see.Would you order this meal if it were advertised in the menu???

The staff at Cape Town Airport M&B seriously needs proper training in customer service and professionalism. For a restaurant that receives so much foot traffic from all over the world I feel it is important!Everytime I come here the service is avarage or bad.Get with the program Cape Town Airport Mugg and Bean! It's such a shame you are a great company with great food.

Everyone at the store tried their level best to avoid us. It took the waiter almost an hour just to give us a menu. Then disappeared. When we called for help even the manager ignored us twice. Finally (so we thought) a lady (Funeka) comes to take our order then she left us while we were telling her our order.. and finally Vicky came to complete the order.. all of them with no regard to service us like paying customers. Terrible terrible service. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
