Ordered a new fridge from HIFI corporation. Scheduled to be delivered today. As I'm making arrangements to leave on holiday and time is tight I wanted to get into contact with the courier to confirm a time and make sure it will be delivered.I spoke to Mr. Corné Kruger in Cape Town who I explained my concern to. He was very friendly and got back to me with the number of my appropriate warehouse manager via Whatsapp.I then spoke to Mr. Lance Janari in Cape Town who similarly was very attentive and made sure I felt heard and put at ease. He kept me updated and acted with initiative to let me know what's going on. I received phenomenal customer service from him.The fridge was delivered by Mr. Selwyn Titus who carried it up the stairs with one of his colleagues. Similarly, a very pleasant experience meeting and chatting with him. Very happy overall.Saw a few bad reviews on here, so I wanted to post mine. I suppose people don't rate delivery companies unless something goes wrong, which is such a shame. Nothing was amiss here.

Can i have the company phone number or whatsapp number

This company has no idea what customer service is and has no complaints procedure.Zero trust in supporting your forthcoming online store if your current services can't even make the cut

Imagine not being able to tell a customer after multiple requests when their order will be delivered.Definetely won't use any company involved with this lot again.Just about every courier I've used in South Africa has detailed tracking.Ordered last week Friday - 2-5 working days delivery - and nothing.

This is a k@k company.They don't deliver on time.If you shop online and this is the delivery company avoid

irritating company that cannot get their accounts right, STOP hassling me on the wrong no for monies owed on a account which is not mine.....
