Personally I didn't have any issues. Left my tv there and explained what the problem was. Got a a call next day and was told what the problem was. Gave the go ahead to fix it. By midday received a call to fetch it. Super quick service. Thanks to Charles and team.

Swopped by tv with someone else's, Serial number didn't match, when I got my tv back only to find the swopped my led screen...refused to correct their mistake.

Obviously my experience which might not equate to yours but I would stay far away from these guys. Take it with a pinch of salt, I waited months for my TV to be repaired, eventually never fixed it. They sold me a TV, God know whose TV it was, it still had Netflix and DSTV still working, which I could have used without paying a cent. Terrible communication, stay clear, they are not worth the hassle.
