I can recommend the water aerobics as the amount of effort put in will determine the outcome considering that the water responds to the movement of the body. Pity that the hair dryers were removed from the ladies bathroom.What a surprise to see that the hairdryers have been returned to the ladies bathroom. Thank you!

Good service. Not so behaving patrons. I saw guy trying to dry his plastic sleeper with hair dryer, and hair dryer is touching sleeper!!!. People go in and out of sauna and steam with aromatic oil, making entire place smell like it. How can it be allowed? No sign, not to do that do.

An RX350 Lexus car was stolen about a month ago. The car was 100% locked, but normally with a car like that and someone steals it, the alarm would’ve went off by then, but it didn’t. Went and informed the management about the case to look at the camera footage, and their response was “due to short staff, we’re unable to shows you the camera footage”. It’s crazy that the only thing they did was take note of the case, but nothing else was done after that except the non-stop phone calls received. Watch out for your cars please.

Cons: equipment is not maintained there is always something broken or missing or not working. Pegs for the machines are disappearing at an alarming rate. The hooks for machines also missing. Padding on machines are worn. Bikes adjusters not working.I have seen this happen over a year and things are going from bad to worse.This is one of the worst virgin actives iv been to. The only reason I stayed was because of convenience.I will be canceling and finding a gym that is actually maintained.

Staff enjoy stealing valuables. Claim that the CCTV footage doesn't work when there's loadshedding - however they have a generator running everything else ? Very convenient" for the thieving staff."

Overall, a great gym. The equipment works for the most part. Of course, things break from time to time. Would love to see them revamp it since it still has the old carpeting that most VA’s have done away with! The staff are friendly and the air on system works. One other area for improvement is the road on the way out. There are quite a few potholes that you have to dodge.
