Absolute shocking service!!!!!! For more than 4 days this company's telephone just rings with no answer. A time was scheduled by the owner/manager" of this company for a repair to be done. That time came and went and not even a courtesy call to say they cannot make it or they are running late. They do not respond to messages from a provider. Good luck having to use this company for anything especially if your livelihood is dependent on their service."

Absolutely shocking!!!Been phoning the company for 3 days now without any answer.

Yesterday the 6th April 2021 I finally had my installed after months of being taken from pillar to post. When I got a call from UPMC I was not optimistic that they will be able to carry out the job as I've had fibre installers before and they could not resolve my issue. Jansen spent 4hours of hard work and exploring different options to ensure that my fibre was installed. I was impressed with his level of optimism and how he handled the whole process. He was able to carry out the installation amidst challenges of blocked fibre pipes. The job was neatly and professionally done. Thank you Jasen and your assistant, thank you UPMC for a job well done.
