Papwa Sewgolum Golf Course
One of the very few courses in KZN that offers value for money. Round of golf is affordable, carts are affordable but not needed as the course is flat and easy to walk. The people are not stuck up and full of it like your traditional Golf Club Members. A very pleasant yet challenging course and experience.

Just got back into golf after a year and a friend took me to Papwa. It was my first visit. Such an excellent well maintained golf course. Compliments to the management for keeping this course at a premium level.

Listen, you want to challenge yourself and improve your game...play here, narrow but well maintained fairways and the whole golfcourse in general, Its popular and busy. Security scattered around as it borders an informal settlement. We had no issues during our round.

Looked like good value for money but unfortunately we never got to play due to a very rude and unfriendly gentlemen when wanting to pay for our round , and then no balls available for the driving range ? (waited 30 min to get at least a bucket and only 1 guy at the range playing) so the 10 of us went to Athlone and was so worth it , good vibes in the pub and very friendly happy staff

Papwa Sewgolum Golf Course
This is a municipal course but if you think it's sub standard you are very wrong. The course is in very good condition. Prices are very good. Nice clubhouse and decent halfway house. The course is tree lined and is not easy unless you hit it straight. Greens are very good, fairways are great. I will definitely be back.
