Avoid! Pls do not use this company! The technician who came to service our aircons broke a cover plate. If u break something, ethical service is to replace it for the customer. Instead the owner chose to come to our property and behave in an intimidating manner. Shocking! SEE BELOW FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAVING A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE. A PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR.This is beyond unprofessional bordering ondangerous behavior. Pls do not use the company! Protect our SME market from people like this. There are safer much better companies out there. The company will respond and downplay this of course. Don't believe the owner. He is dangerous and intimidating in his approach to clients. Our security company had to come intervene to keep us safe from him.

Avoid avoid avoid!! After it was agreed they deliver remotes and then take payment for servicing with cost of the remotes after delivery, they forgot didn’t get a follow up or delivery of the remotes , they then phoned to threaten us in our own house, an employee by the name of kelvin threatened to send people to our house to attack me and my family, on top of that he made some racist remarks, they are black listed from entering our estate indefinitely for this.Avoid at all costs unless you want your family threatened and attacked in your own home.

Appauled by the owner of the company, trust me just chat to the owner one time and have a little issue with something, you will see what I mean, it escalates very quickly with this guy, wish I spoke to him right at the beginning.I've spent around R150k with this company. When after a call out for a minor issue, was over billed, they did a major service on the Aircon when it had just been serviced the month before and I queried the amount, he was extremely rude started shouting at me over the phone, I told him fine I'll pay the amount, but I'd be using another company in future. A month later an airconditioner they installed still under warrantee broke, called them to ask them to please honour the workmanship warrantee, I got told what I could do with my self. I put the phone down only to be called back and insulted and told who do I think I am? Threatened to come round to my place to fight me! Also over the time I used them, things that should have been covered by warrantee never were, there would always be an excuse or a reason and there was never any questioning allowed, just pay. So sad I spent all this money with this company and disappointed in the way I have been treated.

I called Rashealzair company to come out to our supermarket to fix our fridges , there are technicians was extremely helpful and Qualified. I recommend to anyone to this company.
