We had a very good experience at the clinic, staff so helpful and kind.

It's was ok, the medical team docs and nurses works very well, there are so dedicated to their work.But the other team that works with cards there are so lazy to do their work, the nurses end up complaining that there are lot of patients that needs their attention buy yet there are unable to help them because thdo not have cards with them.The cards issue team lack a lot of dedication on their work, them being lazy or undedicated to their work affect the rest of the team of sundumbili c.h.c. hoping they will pick up or they might find a solution to this because at the end its like its the whole stuff or department that is not reliable to their work, where else its only one department.

Long ques and waiting times, relatively friendly staff.

It was understaffed and the staff that were there kept going on extreme lunch breaks even during the pandemic when people need help the most. Alot of people wait for hours just to be sent back home and told to come the next day. No one should be treated like that during covid times.

Poor service. Rude nurses

It has good service especially nursing staff they always helpful to the community and show sympathy love and respect to the client we received 24hours services This place work like hospital I love this place
