Absolutely awesome service (I didn't think to get the receptionist and technician's names).While quoted R2000 and 3 to 4 weeks to re-couple and clean my buds in Cape Town, you did it in a few hours and for R350 which is the amount I was expecting after asking at a Samsung retail store.
