Expected delivery 1-3 working days from order and possibly receiving my parcel 5 working days later, not to mention having to wait the weekend as well. No communication on delays, only suggestion was to pick it up from the warehouse myself which is unacceptable. Will not recommended this company to anyone and Nespresso, please contract a reputable courier company who will go the extra mile when mishaps occur.

My NB documents disappeared without a trace! Absolutely ZERO customer service or explanation despite my relentless efforts for 2 whole months. It's clear that this pathetic excuse for a courier company deserves nothing more than a pitiful 1 star review, just like countless others. How dare you even have the audacity to call yourselves a courier company? Out of all the parcels sent from the Postnet, only two—including mine—failed to reach their intended destination. Unbelievable!

I’m quite disappointed with Courier It services. My order was supposed to be delivered on Friday 28/04/2023, but the driver went to the wrong site and was given another delivery date of 02/05/2023. However, the delivery was not made on the promised date, nor was I informed of any delay.Since then, I have been constantly checking the delivery status on their website, but the delivery date keeps getting postponed without any communication from them. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience for me, as I had made arrangements based on the initial delivery date.I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication from this company regarding the delays, as well as the failure to deliver on the promised date. This has resulted in wasted time, money, and effort on my part.

Ordered an urgent delivery and paid extra to have it delivered the next day. It came 5 days later and my appointment had passed, thus causing everything to be postponed. Extremely irritated with the customer service too. They dont give accurate information when I phoned to ask about the delivery. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Called multiple times to confirm my package was ready for collection, but I still had to wait 15-20 minutes to receive it.To be fair it was shortly after Black Friday, so I am sure they were inundated with packages. But it would have been nice if my package was ready for collection after I told the collections clerk I was on my way and would be there in 30 minutes.

The delivery I had from Telkom was not delivered as expected. What was meant to be 3 days, went to 3 weeks. The driver claimed to have called me multiple times on different days at the delivery address. Even though I was waiting all day. When trying to use the SMS link to update info or track the delivery, the website has an error each time so nothing updates. Even when calling their Cape Town depot mutliple times, I got through only once where a helpful person finally answered. Otherwise just drop calls or voicemail.

Since my review is deleted. I will add it again. This is the worst courier company ever.I still don’t know why companies use CourierIT 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. Don’t bother calling their customer services they will drop the call while you are still speaking. They are rude. They don’t even deserve this 1 star.

Worst courier company on the planet... And the driver delivering my package (Jason Jeftha) has the crapiest attitude.

Worst service experienced to date. Got a message stating the package was out for delivery and then at COB recieved a message stating there was a 24 hour delay. Called in after the delay only to find out that the package had still not been sent out. Called again & still nothing, no one in the call centre was able to help adequately. I then tried to make arrangements to collect the package myself & still that seemed to be even more complex than the delivery itself. A whole week has passed since the message with the 24 hour delay and I was still not able to get someone to locate the package in the warehouse JUST FOR ME TO SIMPLY PICK IT UP. The package is a phone from CELL C & was stated numerous times to the agents how urgent it is that I get the package. Excuse after excuse & promises to call back with an update but no one ever calls back. The tracking link is also completely pointless as it doesn’t get updated at all. CELL C should not use there services as it’s absolutely ridiculous just how unprofessional & inadequate Courierit Services are. I also personally will never use this service again as it was truly a terrible experience.

I am still waiting on my parcel despite the tracking saying its on its way two days ago, please reply to your social media and telephone. This is unprofessional and start acting accordingly. You cannot be “excellent” in shipping if you are giving false hope, instead give a proper response.
