Knock Out Floors

I had new Marri hard flooring installed to a relatively small area (20m2) and also resanding and polishing both the new and existing area in Sept 2022. In the current resource (hardware and experienced folks) challenges, I am very appreciative of the effort the team put to get the job done from sourcing the flooring, install, sand and coating. And the advice provided along the way. The guys worked through the long weekend. The guys were also easy to talk to and more importantly everyone was genuinely friendly and keen to give the best outcome. Thank you, Renato, David, Adem and Mark.

I think they have the wrong name . should be Knock OFF FloorsSpent $7.500 to have my hard wood floors recoated. After a few months the floors started braking down and marking and scuffing badly. Their 10 year guarantee was worthless, said its not their fault .Would not show any proof as to what they put on the floors which should have been Bona traffic H D which is very hard wearing. Told the problems we were experiencing was life style. Oh yes forgot to say we walked on the floors . They would not respond to any correspondence.Took 16 months to pursue them through the court system and State Administration tribunal, where they continued to mislead us and the system . We ended up getting some sort of settlement. A fraction of what it cost us. Still no proof as to what was put on the floors. If you can’t see the product that you ordered on your site, don’t go ahead with the job. I would never recommend this business . We are not just another disgruntled customer, we did not get what we paid for and have learnt to our cost that there are far better businesses out there to do this work. And it’s not Knock OFF Floors.

Contracted Renato and the team after a major kitchen renovation. They removed the old wood floor and replaced it with a new one, even taking care to match the new Jarrah boards with the rest of the family room. Cant say enough about the entire team. The sanding and polishing is incredible and the final result has more than exceeded our expectation. Don,t look around, these guys are the best!!!!!

Great customer service, kind, flexiable and easy to work with.We removed old carpet in 2 rooms and found beautiful Jarrah floor boards underneath that now look absolutely incredible. We are currently working on fixing up the 3rd room and will be getting Knock out floors to sand and seal the floor. Eventually we will renovate others areas of the house and get the rest of the floors done too.Highly recommend Knock out floors.Just amazing! So happy with the end result.

Knockout did our floorboards in October 2021- pulled up lino and sanded and polished Jarrad floorboards throughout our 110sqm house. We went with a matte finish and they look absolutely beautiful- They were able to squeeze us into their calendar in a very short time frame and worked over the weekend and into the late hours of the evening to get our floors done in time for us to move in. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and service and would highly recommend!!
