Very rude receptionist, not helpful. My daughter went there for a filing and since then she has been having trouble with her teeth. As we speak, I'm at home again due to toothache problems. The worst part is, the Dentist tell me everytime that there is nothing wrong with her teeth. I will not recommend Dr. Linde for kids especially. Not helpful at all. I regret ever going to this Dentist.

It is always a pleasant experience going to Smileway. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I've been a patient of Dr M Linde for a while now and I would recommend Smileway to anyone.

False info given, made appointment anx asked for dr linde, said it is perfect made Apointment. Got there and was informed dr linde is not with the practice.NOT ACCEPTABLE PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION TO PATIENTS!!!7

Each one of our family can testify that dr Martin and his staff are kind professional people. My wife and I currently live in New Zealand (NZ) and choose to see only one dental practitioner on the East Rand every time we visit here from NZ, namely dr Martin Linde. I like this dentist, the reception lady is nice and I've never had a problem with rudeness, I just felt uncomfortable when I went into the room and that the people in there talk alot and there was a kid in and out of the room which is not how you run a practice yes this is a complaint but also a suggestion that you need to adjust who comes in and out your rooms and minimize the talk to each other on personal things and focus on your clients also, had problems with there computers, please make sure everything is ready before you see a client. Make the client feel comfortable and explain all you can when going through a procedure, also ask If they allergic to anything must be a huge MUST.I only went to this dentist cause my other one does not work with my medical aid so I had no choice..I went to get my filling repaired and actually still not sure what happened that day, but I went to get it repaired but now my teeth on the right top is still senstive and it hurts to eat.. but I'm coping for now..thank you.I would recommend you change a few things and take consideration how others feel and say on the comments and make take it as making changes..There will always be postive and negative in comments but I would take it and apologize if its negative and tell how you would improve cause people appreciate that and will maybe go back.. the more positive than negative will make your business great.. Receptionist cant seem to make appointments, had an appointment this morning at 9:30 (12-03-2019) booked the appointment the previous week. But I was not on the system and the Doctor wasn't in. People need to take leave just to get your teeth looked at. What a waste of my time. Would not recommend to Anyone

Dr Thando was excellent! She extracted my son’s tooth so effortlessly! This was his first official extraction in the chair and this experience will enable us to visit the dentist rooms without any trepidation in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding doc!!!

Broke my teeth at work. Called 7 dentists... some didnt answer... rest full.At Denticare the receptionist Went out of her way to accommodate me and slot me inGreat dentist and assistant
