This is much more than a grocery store, it is a complete food experience right on your front door.They stock fruits and vegetables, and there are often specials - especially on in-season fruit.And at the butcher's counter, you can find a wide variety of meat cuts and decent prices.Beyond that, the staff is more than helpful and will often go out of their way to find you the item you want.But perhaps the best thing about Food Lover's Market is the fact that no matter how long the checkout queue is, you will never wait longer than 10 to 15 minutes.The fresh product, attention to service and competitive pricing makes this a higher grade store.I hope they establish deliveries soon - it might just take them to another level.

A great store but HUGE and layout is set that if you miss stuff you have a long backtrack to other side of store. The adjacent liquor store is fabulous and the manager hugely knowledgeable about his wine and extremely helpful in suggesting wines etc.

Always fresh fruit and veg that last longer than from elsewhere.And very generous specials (e.g. coconut oil @ R100 for 2 x 1litre). Big, beautiful brown mushrooms at R40 for 2 x 250g punnets. Many more. Always cheaper and better than supermarkets.Their meats are excellent.

Not fresh at all. Quite frustrating. Every time I go I am dissapointed. When go in and complain I get my cash back, which is nothing in comparison to the time, petrol and effort I have wasted. Eeeeeeew, unless you want a side order of mold, maybe try a place with real fresh" food. These 2 occasions were SEPERATE occasions. Cheese in the beginning of March and Quiche at the end of March!!! GROSS"

Good deals. Products well presented. One of the nicer ones I've been to. Staff friendly. Despite long queues and busy store all staff on the cash registers. So checkout was very quick.

Love this Food Lover's Market.It has the best variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The shelves are always well stacked. It is maintained and cleaned throughout the day. Sanitizing and keeping everyone safe is also a big priority.The bakery always has freshly made breads, pastries, desserts, and sandwiches.Need dinner quickly? Freshly made hot meals, vegetables, baked potatoes, meats, chicken, pork, and roasts are available to choose from.

It was on a Sunday morning after church. Went for something quick to make. Found everything I needed and more amazing specials. The que was long, but it went quickly. Friendly staff, so I didn't have to search for what I needed myself. Prices were absolutely great.
