Poor planning, poor communication, poor service. No indication of anyone knowing what they are doing at Baywest Gqeberha branch. So disappointing, will never do business with this company again.

Hi I am waiting more than 2 weeks for my lounge suite and bedroom suite to be delivered. The fone just keep ringing at Baywest. When I do get tru they keep saying the truck must still deliver from JHB. The service is not up to standard. And it is not like I can just get in my car and go till there due to lockdown and I do not go to malls or any shop with my 4 year old

Very unhappy with the service. On 7 September 2020 we have to pay for a upright freezer and fridge before they can order. Delivery date 16 September 2020. On 15 September 2020 they phoned and said they must order direct from the supplier now. Delivery will be the following week. On 23 September 2020 they phoned and said the supplier is busy with stocktake and delivery will be 7 October 2020. I phoned the manager but he/she was unavailable and will phone me back. No phone call till today. Today, 28 September 2020 I phoned again but the manager is not picking up. I phoned customer care twice but nobody is picking up. What now?

House and Home Baywest provided me with the worst service ever. The level of incompetence of the staff and even the store manager was excellent. They've mastered the art of incompetence.

I was promised that my order (bought 26th May) will be delivered the day after the purchase date and that didnt happen. I went to the store and was again promised that my order is out on delivery and I will get it before 15h00 (29th May), that also didn't happen. I am still waiting, calling the store is just waste of time, no answer...

Good service nice specials on at present when we got there the system was down to enable the salesman to check stock but it was soon sorted. Be aware staff training Wednesday so late opening

Extremely disappointed in the service of this store. Bought furniture in August. Few weeks later the material started tearing. Phoned the store and they asked for pictures of the furniture. We emailed the pictures. No response received after that. We phoned a week later to ask whats the progress, but the person we spoke to was on leave. Phoned back the next week, then the lady was on lunch and couldn't help. Can never get through to someone to help us, meanwhile we have torn furniture thats not even 2 months old. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.
