Totally incompetent staff who are unable to use their system and messed up submitting the claim to the medical aid. Also very unhelpful, unpleasant and rude, and treat customers in a disgusting way. Avoid!!!

I am wholly surprised at the negative comment coming from a number of people. In my experience, the service is excellent and the people are courteous and helpful - at all times. Thumbs up to Mrs Lorraine Ronthal for running an efficient and engaging business operation.
