Dealing with the staff is a delight. Taryn Jordan is very friendly and highly competent.

This service provider is not reliable and trustworthy at all. They are managing my property and there is a very limited communication as the agent and the lady at finance was not keen at all to give proper feedback instead she opted to just drop the phone call whilst talking using my own resources.

I am beyond impressed with the team at Only Realty. My properties haven’t stood open for one day since I started using them. They are fast, efficient, deliver results, always friendly, they sort problems out at your property swiftly, they are professional, and are excellent communicators.

Only Realty's Repairs Administrator, Claudia Barnwell, continues to impress me with her steadfast professional & detailed work ethic.She constantly provides total clarity as to what is happening with the maintenance of my properties, and is very thorough in verifying what work needs to be done onsite versus merely passing any & all requests/costs through for my attention.Claudia definitely makes maintenance easy-peasy.

Im currently experiencing the worst experience from this agency. We moved out at the end of February and to date, we havent recieve our deposit back. Exist inspection was done and sent through to them. But they are finding new things to try and not give us our deposit back. Mind you, new tenants have moved in and settled in long time ago

It has been a pleasure to work with the Only Realty Coastal team.Especially Ronel who has been beyond amazing, for the past two years she has been exceptional in her turnaround time and her commitment to making sure tenants are comfortable.

I experienced the worst service with agent Ernest Dlomo. I am still in disbelief as to how he can treat a person like that. He never replies to text messages, when he does eventually he is dismissive. I scheduled a viewing with him for an apartment in Westbourne road and he did not pitch, I called him multiple times he did not answer after an hour of waiting he texted saying he will call me back and I waited even longer. For more than 2 hours I was standing outside those flats waiting for him. I sent him messages the following day explaining how I felt about what happened, not surprised that he blue ticked them. I called him and asked for clarity on why he didn’t pitch or just reschedule he replied and said he doesn’t owe me any explanation and I should move on. He was shouting and dismissive, he called me arrogant because I refused to move on without receiving an apology. Dear Landlords this is the worst company to choose to manage your buildings/property because they just don’t care and have no respect for tenants.

Poor service received from Only Realty!Before we moved into our rental property the agency ensured us that the unit will be cleaned and the shower door will be repaired. When we moved in the kitchen was still dirty (sticky handles and cupboards, dirty oven, spiders & webbing in the cupboards etc...) and the shower door only repair 2 weeks later. Our stove was not functioning as it should, it took hours to cook food due to poor heating. I followed the procedure for maintenance repair. A maintenance individual contact me through WhatsApp asking for photos and asked a few questions. Based on the photos he said the stove looked new and clean so it should work just fine, he was not willing to come out to the unit to assess or repair. About 3 weeks later someone else came and repaired the stove but switched the heating functions among the 4 plates as well as the overheating of the stove. With that being said in the 6 months we lived in the unit the stove was never fully functional. Poor service and attitude from the agency maintenance team. The agency has no control or accountability over the owners of the property. The agency was quick to collect the deposit, first month rent and high once-off admin fee, as well as reminding tenants to pay each months rent but provides poor service towards paying tenants.Absolutely shocking!
