Beware Visitors to Fish Hoek. Two bags of our clothing ruined! Shrinkage, rust stains, torn, and white shirts are now all blue grey. Worse, when we spoke to the manager, not a single apology or sentiment of regret! Only excuses that apparently it is not common sense or the town's practice to separate whites from colours" and that "they should not be held accountable for ruining our clothes if we did not specify that we would like them separated". Sadly, 4 bags of clothing returned with many of the items at least 2 sizes smaller than when we handed them in. Wont be using them again.
