Was dispensed the wrong amount of medication by Ntombi Manjezi. We received half of the medication we paid for. When trying to phone Clicks, a lady answered rudely and redirected us to the pharmacy where no one answered the phone for 5 minutes. We then proceeded to call again 4 times from 3 different phones and each time the call was answered and immediately ended. Will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

I really dislike this Clicks. Some pharmacy staff are friendly. One of the managers Jade does not know what special happen in the store and then tells me a customer that I am mistaken, then he goes and brows the catalogue and confirms it is on special and does not even apologise. Another employee Estelle is unfriendly , never smiles and is just not pleasant to deal with. Avoid this Clicks if you can

This Store has a pharmacy and the staff there is very helpfull. That however is not the case at Checkout. People must beware of when shopping at this store. There are specials running all the time and products are marked off. My favourite brand of vitamens today R49 , normally R99. That is great. However, when you get to the Cashier, the normal full price is rung up. When this is pointed at to Cashiers, they get annoyed when they have to reverse transactions. Supervision is not too interested to assist. Today, the Supervisor igored the Cashier having to authorise the reverse of the transaction . Customers must watch out for this. Unless a persom is alert and watch the Cashiers, who ignores this completely, a person will be done in. This is fraud, as a person is lured by discounts, and marked downs, only to pay the full price when checking out. How many people are caught and crooked like this. This happened 3 times with me already at this store. BEWARE !!!

Terrible that a phone cannot be answered anymore & this after 3 attempts at 3 different times. Poor show

Rude and untidy looking pharmacist that was cross questioning me about tablets that I wanted, I was extremely offended. It took all of my will power not to explode and cause a scene. Clearly he thinks colored guys smoke up or snort sinutabs! Won't ever come back!

The lady that helped me was more worried about Facebook than assisting me. I paid for my bag but had to carry all my items(6 items) in my hands since I wasn't given a bag,which caused my belongings(wallet and phone) to fall out of my hands right in front of clicks, and now I'm left with a damaged phone.Literally the worst service I have ever had and would rather recommend Sunridge clicks.

This is a great Clicks to visit. A well presented store with excellent quality products. A busy pharmacy with helpful pharmacy staff.The pharmacy like All Clicks Pharmacies will deliver for Free your Chronic and other Repeat medicines

Busy store and well stocked. There is a dispensary. Awesome service.

I waited in the queue at the pharmacy department onced I was eventually helped I was just to be move to another pharmacists which was busy on call with a patient. The staff at clicks walker drive PE are useless and incompotent people and side note I wasn't only one that walked out of that store because of waiting to be to help
