I went to the store at around 15:15 to redeem the PESI voucher, the guy didn’t seem interested, when I need him to help me by the shelves he said just take what you need and come to the counter, I had questions that he couldn’t answer because he was all over on the phone, helping other clients, until the power is off at 16:00, then he started rushing me that the UPS it will go off, I told him I came here earlier to avoid all the power problems, now I am being rushed to take things because UPS is dying, their quite a lot of yte guys who came after me and they were helped while I was waiting at the counter. Please Avoid Redeeming PESI voucher here the service is so bad. More especially to the African people. I was so patient with this guy until I can’t take it anymore. They need a sales person who wants to work with people.

They were very informative for the advices that is needed concerning live stock, what to feed how much to feed etc
